U12 Ranger Girls
On Saturday, with typical Wisconsin spring weather (rain) the U12 Ranger girls took on MK Alliance, the girls got on the board first with a goal by Megan Barian off a cross the field pass from Brianna Schnell. Despite several opportunities the girls had a tough time finishing off their passes and let up two goals, MK Alliance comes off the pitch with the win 2-1.
On Sunday the girls faced a tough Brookfield U11 team. Kennedy Izzard took advantage of the direct kick and put the girls ahead 1-0 off a beautiful upper left corner shot. Brookfield came back with two goals to go ahead 2-1 but the Rangers didn't quit, tying the game with a goal by Megan Barian assisted by Caitlin Kugi. Chloe Doring put the girls ahead with just over a minute to play with a quick one time shot from just outside the 18 yard line. Brookfield came back to tie with 20 seconds left. Final score 3-3.
