U11 Ranger Girls @ Reddan Toe Bash, Verona (photo above)
Our U11 Girls traveled to Madison this weekend for their first team overnight tourney. We had an excellent weekend of soccer going 3-0 in our bracket. First Saturday we won against Mt. Horeb 3-1 and Racine United 2-1. Sunday morning we completed the sweep and got our 3rd victory against Rush Wisconsin Blue 2-0. That victory secured the Rangers a spot in the semi finals for the top level of U11 girls in the tourney. Our semi-final game was against OFC Dynamite (Oconomowoc). The Rangers girls came out and played with a total team effort by everyone. We out shot our opponent 2-1 but couldn't find the back of the net against a terrific OFC keeper. The regulation period ended 0-0 and off to shoot out. OFC managed to get the edge and buried 4 in the goal to our 3. Thanks to the parents and families for all your support. These girls made me proud and this weekend was a definite success.

U10 Ranger Girls Academy
The U10 Girls Academy traveled to Bavarian on Sunday, 9/25 and lost a close game 3-1. Plenty of opportunities were created by Leah McKelvey, Natalie Cherella and Brianna Rapp however we couldn't find the back of the net. Claire Holtebeck scored the lone goal off a short pass from Halena Gehrke. Excellent goaltending by Emily Lutz and Mackenzie Schultz kept this a close game throughout.

U13 Ranger Girls
The U13 girls bounce back and w0n a big game against Pewaukee. The RANGERS played a solid game and came away with a very close 1-0 victory. Hailey Hacker scored the lone goal and the defense held up to secure the victory. The RANGERS created plenty of chances with quick switching of the ball and penetrating passes behind the defense. Keeper Amanda Parsons made a huge save on a penalty kick to keep the RANGERS on top. GO RANGERS!
