Levels of Play
Micro Soccer (U6 Program)
Micro Soccer is our U6 soccer program. It is designed for children who are 4 1/2 -6 years old. Players must be 4 by 1/1/11 and not yet 6 on 8/1/11. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. Registration for 2011-2012 is $90 and includes uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), a 4 week fall session, and a 4 week spring session. The program typically runs on Wednesday evenings.

Academy Program (U8-U10)
In 2008, GSC started an Academy league program for 9 and 10 year olds. In 2010, GSC expanded the program to include 8-10 year olds. The Academy program allows players to build their soccer skills at a different pace than the rec league. It provides young athletes some exposure to slightly more advanced training. The Academy program is a great way to determine if a child might be interested in select level play as he or she grows older.
Academy programs will play in fall and spring. The teams will begin training in mid-August 1-2 times per week. There will be 6-8 games per season against other Academy teams in the metro-Milwaukee area. Teams will also participate in 1-2 tournaments per season.
Registration for the 2011-2012 year is $190 plus $200 coaching fees. In addition, uniforms need to be purchased (~$40) and each tournament the team participates in is ~$25 per player.

U-8 Birthdate between 8-1-03 thru 7-31-04
U-9 Birthdate between 8-1-02 thru 7-31-03
U-10 Birthdate between 8-1-01 thru 7-31-02

Recreation Program (U7-U14)
Grafton Soccer Club offers a fantastic rec level program for children ages 6-14. GSC rec teams play against the rec teams of neighboring communities such as Port Washington and Cedarburg. The rec program is a perfect fit for the casual soccer athlete, but a number of high school players have also come from this program over the years.
The Recreation Program is coached by parent or community volunteers. Registration is $190 and includes a 10 week fall season (8 games), a 10 week spring season (8 games), and a winter indoor tournament that teams are invited to play in.

Select Soccer (U11-U18)
The Grafton Soccer Club's select program is making a name for itself and is drawing more players than ever before from neighboring communities. Select teams are formed by annual team tryouts. Teams are placed in appropriate leagues based on the skill set of each team. GSC builds teams based on the number of players at tryouts, and there can be more than one team for each age bracket. GSC select teams play other select teams from communities throughout the metro-Milwaukee area. Select teams also play in fall and spring season tournaments. The parents from each select team choose what tournaments they want to participate in. Most select teams also participate in winter indoor league at Uihlein Soccer Park.
